Actual vs Process Range (Routine Maintenance)

 

     Green Bubble   -   Normal Result within the Process Range. No further action is required

     Yellow Bubble   -   Abnormal Result worse than expected. FCA is required. 

     Red Bubble   -   Abnormal Result worse than expected. Team leader should intervene.

     Blue Bubble   -   Abnormal Result better than expected. FCA is required to learn what happened.

     White Bubble   -   No Actual or Process Range inserted.

     Bold Ring   -   FCA is required.

     Hatched Bubble   -   FCA is overdue

 

 

Process Range vs Client Range (Process Improvement)

 

   Green Box   -   Process is delivering to desired performance

   Yellow Box   -   Process not reached desired level of performance. Improvement Plan required

   Red Box   -   Process not reached desired level of performance. Improvement Plan required

   Blue Box   -   Process exceeded desired level of performance.

   Black Horizontal line  -  Improvement Plan in progress to improve process.

   Vertical Black Line   -   The Process Range is different between the months.
