Edit Dashboard & Changing your Password

Summary

This article will show you how to edit your dashboard view and change your password.

 

User Settings

To access the account settings, click the 'User Settings' icon from the Dashboard   

 

 

 

 

Change password

To change your password, click 'Change Password' from the top right of the screen.

 

You will arrive at the screen as shown below.

Insert your current password, your new password and then confirm your New Password

You will also need to copy the Captcha code.

 

 

New passwords will need to comply with your company's security procedures, as outlined under 'Instructions'.

Once you have finished, click 'Save'.

 

 

Dashboard Settings

In this section, you are able to adjust your dashboard view.

 

 

Number of 'Future' months to show 

The number of 'future' months ('bubbles') that are shown for each KPI.

It is recommended to have 2 or 3 for this option. 

 

Months to Show:  

The total number of month 'Bubbles' that will be displayed for each KPI. (These will include 'future' months.)

It is recommended  to choose 5/6 to avoid your dashboard being too cluttered. 

 

 

Base Date  

The Base Date will always be set to the previous month. (As this is the most up-to-date data we have)

This will change  automatically each month.

If you would like to view the dashboard at an earlier period, you can adjust the month accordingly.
