Objetive: To train participants with techniques of applied creativity to innovate in the resolution of problems in the processes under their responsibility and planning tools to carry out actions that block the main causes identified.

Application of the Fact, Cause, Action (FCA) tool

Objetive: To instruct members to develop effective plans to act on undesirable deviations from processes under their authority and responsibility. Apply techniques and tools to identify the events that occurred and their respective causes and possible blocking actions.

Pending management

Objetive: To develop in the participants the capacity to define fundamental actions and prioritize their execution, obtaining the maximum possible result of its conclusion. Manage the quantity and its deadlines to the point of keeping the routine, total predictability and the minimization of stress from an excess of unfulfilled promises under control.

Objetive: To prepare the group to better conduct meetings, effectively, so that they are more productive and focused on achieving their goals and objectives.
